Our Projects

Locally owned and operated, Carter-Kelly, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Mr. Jim Carter and Mr. Gary Kelly. Our company is based in Placerville, CA and serves clients from across El Dorado, Sacramento, Amador, and Placer Counties. From our beginning, we have provided comprehensive construction services for projects including: office buildings, medical facilities, fire stations, schools, libraries, warehouses, metal buildings, and more.

Throughout the years, we have dedicated ourselves to building long-lasting relationships with our business partners and clients. Our guiding principles for every project are integrity, collaboration, and fairness. It is our goal to not only complete every project with honesty and efficiency, but to enhance the lives of others and give back to the communities in which we work and live.
